These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HiREO (the “Service”), operated by Royal Bengal AI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

HiREO is an AI-assisted recruitment platform that helps teams collect CVs, score and shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and send appointment letters. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the conduct of users you invite to your workspace.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service only for lawful recruitment and hiring purposes.
  • Do not upload data you do not have the right to process.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices, limits, and any discounts are shown on the pricing page and in your billing settings, and may be updated from time to time. New tenants may receive a free trial; you can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Candidate Data

You act as the controller of the candidate data you process through the Service, and we act as your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process that data and for honouring candidate rights. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to analyse CVs, suggest scores, and draft communications and letters. AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed by a human before any hiring decision or before sending to a candidate. You remain responsible for all decisions made using the Service.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

9. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
